Everything you need, built in.
The essentials for teams that want to move fast without giving up control.
Not a wall of text. A report.
Every recap follows a consistent schema: context, decisions, action items, objections, questions, sentiment. No more skimming 20 paragraphs to find what was promised. Everything where it belongs.
- Context · participants, agenda, previous meeting linkage
- Decisions · explicit commitments, scope, timeline
- Action items · owner, deadline, priority
- Questions · captured for battle-card gap analysis
The recap email writes itself.
Before the rep closes their laptop, Atlas drafts the follow-up email to the prospect referencing the exact objections they raised, the commitments made, and the next step agreed. The rep reviews, edits, sends.
- Email drafted in the rep's tone, citing real moments
- Attachments suggested based on topics discussed
- Meeting recording linked (with consent) for internal sharing
- Auto-sent if the rep approves pre-call automation
Teams ship revenue with this.
Real-world use cases across every revenue function.
Frequently asked questions
Does Atlas join the meeting as a bot?
By default, yes — with a branded name ('Atlas Notes'). Alternatively, we can ingest recordings uploaded to Zoom Cloud or Google Drive without a bot presence.
Is consent required?
Yes, and we handle it: consent banners on bot-join, spoken consent intros available, per-region rules enforced automatically (two-party states, EU).
How long is the transcript kept?
Default 180 days, configurable to 30, 90, 365, or indefinite. Recordings follow the same policy. Both deletable on demand for GDPR compliance.
Can I edit the summary before it's pushed?
Yes — there's a 2-minute human-review window by default. Or disable the window and auto-push if your team prefers speed.
